For the past week, i been consumed by sch life....go sch and back hall..haiz...damn sianz.... :(

Lately, i have been thinking alot...abt my life...finding myself zzzz in the midst of thought...if only life can be simpler...guess i am just being naive.. :(

On the lighter note, i know i have no right to complain...i am so fortunate to be here for xchange...so i will just treasure every single moment here....life is good!!!!! :)

Before heading to cedric's (our swiss friend) bday party, went to central to do some last min shopping for his present..haha.....bought him a pair of cuff link and godiva chocolates... :)

mY long wEekeNd (5th Apr - 9th Apr)

6th Apr
went to shenzhen with elaine, liying and gerald....din take any photos over there cos there is nothing much abt shenzhen...we did some shopping which saw me unleashing my bargaining skills once again...managed to buy 3 t-shirts, 2 polo tees, 1 sweater and 1 shirt at ard 100 SGD...can u believe it???

after the shopping, the four of us dragged our barang barang to a massage centre for hrs of relaxation. The guys did the thai style massage which is practically someone doing yoga on u while the gals did a gentler one - japanese style. It was a nice experience.. :)

7th Apr - 8th Apr
i was basically slacking in hall during the 2 days..except going down to the bayview restaurant with gerald for our afternoon tea...we really like the afternoon tea - fish fillet with one side order, and one bowl of ham instant noodles and cold lemon tea for 21 HKD... :)
of course i din slack exactly...did my routine laundry, sweeping my rm (remind me of area cleaning during army days), tidying up my stuff...oh great....mum!! are u seeing this...i am doing housework.. :)

9th Apr
a bunch of us with nothing better to do went to yuen lang, with hope to visit the strawberry farm, fishing area and experience hk kampong lifestyle...oh gosh u shld look at my disappointed face when i reached there...it looks too commercialized to my liking...just looks like a poorer cousin of mongkok...i tink haizzz...we did explored out....walked past some really run down huts, almost close to the hills but we decided to turn back...too shack and hot!!!

later at night, went with my hall floormates for late dinner (call supper in sg) at a japanese rest in causeway bay - my tokyo is the name. we had some not bad japanese food but wat i really enjoyed was the company....the people i faced everyday in hall...really a bunch of friendly ppl...we drank quite alot..and they keep asking me to down the sakae....and that was my 1st sakae and i felt real warm after drinking it....soon everyone gets rowdy....tink most of us were drunk..haha...but we had fun...thanks for the wonderful night...luv u 10F lee hysan floormates :)

mY 1sT "cHiOng" in hK @ the famous LKF...alot of ang mohs in funny costumes...was really amused as i walked down the streets..the bunch of us went club hopping (total 3) and that's really cool...though i look really sei but i am actually quite sober...the gals with me are the ones really sei...keep falling zzz...still wanna drink more and get "high"...though not my kind of tea but we really enjoyed ourselves..cheers and dance to the beat man :)

A relaxing sunday

JC, Gerald and me went to have our hair cut....went to a salon near westwood which is near Starr hall.....din change much of my hairstyle..just shorter and neater...while JC did cut alot but its just as nice wor...for gerald he got himself a striking gold and brown hair which is really damn beng...hahha..i don dare walk along him to mongkok or temple street sia....

went to Starr hall which starrians (SMU ppl) hosting a dinner for all of us...had a great meal of pasta, potatoes and cheese hotdogs...yummy.....thats was my breakfast, lunch and dinner loh....i ate alot..haha...

Play games after that with truth or dare as forfeit...was damn funny and entertaining sia....we enjoyed ourselves very much :)

Time to sleep... :0 yawn...going to Ocean Park the next day and i am still here blogging...haha..cya guys...

hmm the tram stop somewhere which we had no single idea wheres that.....anyhow walk till we found ourselves walking to lan kui fang...our amazing race practically ends here, wat a day.. :) will do more of this de :) anyhow roam...

After which we went back to hongkong island and here we are....North point....hmm here is similar to causeway bay but less crowded bah...nothing much too...hk streets really look alike....by then we are really tired....so decided to go back.....wat a race...haha

by then it was already dark.....u noe this place really reminds me of punggol/sengkang....vvvv ulu sia..bird don lay egg place...if not for the shopping malls....this place is really quiet....and btw this place is call po lam which is the last stn of the purple line...same as NEL... :) haha

Our 1st check point is kowloon bay.....hmm there is nothing much except a Mega mall which is really huge..and it is surrounded by residential buidings..how nice to live here sia..besides that there is nothing much abt this place....had our bfast/lunch/dinner here before going for the next checkpoint.....

A trip to the less-travelled places in hk

A fine saturday, i was supposed to meet Mark who is here for interview in Hk (omg), but i got it wrong. Though i was smart enough to find my justin bro to go on a mini "amazing race" to the less known places in hk..was really sick of places such as mongkok, causeway bay so thats why we decided to point and go....and our 1st checkpoint is....may the forces be with us...
